1. Accounts/Characters and Donation
We don't offer refunds, after the transaction has been done. We do not refund any hacked account or character. (To avoid, don't give your account & password to anyone; don't used third party software like team viewer or any VPN)

2. Responsibility for User IDs and Passwords
Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Customer access information, i.e. account ID's and passwords of its Authorized Users, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and email.

3. Lost Password and Pin
Only authorized email can retrieved the current password or pin, else your account will be lost forever!

4. Selling or Trading Items
Selling items using real money or RIC is not prohibited.
Trading items from other cluster is also not prohibited.
But we are not responsible for any scam issue, do so at your own risk.
